It's rare for users to get ban for scripting especially when using lolscript. I can say it's completely safe just know the tactice and play safe when using the script as it is undetected.
Even if you did get banned you can use revo uninstaller and uninstall league and riot fully to be safe, But You wont get banned
Personally no, I haven't and I've used it multiple times on my main
