Fullclearing is the way you play jungle where you repeatedly clear your jungle camps and do actions such as gank/objectives only when all of your camps are down. Strategy focuses on collecting as much gold as possible for yourself making you main carry.
2. Why fullclearing is good?
Fullclearing makes you ahead on enemy jungler in most of the games and forces enemy jungle champions such as jarvan, leesin etc. to do something in early because if they dont they gonna fall off and get outscaled by you.
By farming consistently, you maintain a steady power curve, which is especially beneficial for scaling champions.
3. How to clear your camps?
The most effective way to fullclear in my opinion is to start raptors-> golems-> redbuff->wolves-> gromp-> bluebuff-> crab. That path makes you lvl4 clearing all your camps early and if you recall after crab and run to raptors from base they would be up already then you can do golems again and if you took some xp from mid wave you are lvl5 around 4:30 which is really good result. After golems you take your wolves and gromp again and you are ready to take grubs, they should spawn in like 15 second after you finished gromp, if you started redside you have enough time to be on grubs in time.

Early ganks can be risky. If they fail, you fall behind in gold and XP. Full clearing keeps you relevant, even if the enemy jungler manages a successful early gank. When you see enemy ganking any lane you can check his jungle camps after yours are down making you even more ahead even if enemy jungler got some kills on ganks you should still be stronger than him.

In my opinion best champs are Udyr diana hecarim gwen graves karthus taliyah. All of those champs scale really well and can 1v9 if ahead and played well.
6. Cons of this strategy
The only two cons of this strategy are:
- it gets really boring when you play 20 games in a row doing same patterns everygame and it gets even more tilting if you lose some games thats the main reason i got bored of playing jungle
- sometimes you just cant win lane by fullclearling beacuse you have to help your teammates early in hard matchups especially in high elo master+ but till d4-master you can fullclear every game and it will work.
