I remember the referal system. I upgraded my computer to run 50–60 instances of League at once. and had a bot level up to level 10 just to get the RP to the referenced account. It wouldn't take long to reach level 10 when your bots were playing each other. then I would sell the account on eBay. in 2007/2008. made a pretty good side income. sold the MaxRP accounts for 100 bucks on eBay. sold 5-8 a week pretty easily before eBay started cracking down on account sales. and before the riot took the referal system away. I haven't played in every game, but I bet I still have a few of those accounts saved away in my email somewhere.
Anyone else do this too? If so, how much did you make? I only had the accounts running when I went to bed. I have no idea why I didn't have it running 24/7.
