Introduction

"Hello everyone, today I’m going to tell you all the statistics about turrets in League of Legends because this is something not many people know, but it’s really important to understand."

In League of Legends, turrets are crucial defensive structures, and each turret has specific stats that change over the course of the game. Below are the basic statistics for turrets in the current season (2024):

Basic Turret Stats

  1. Health (HP):
    • Outer Turrets (Top, Mid, Bot lanes): 3,500 HP
    • Inhibitor Turrets: 4,500 HP
    • Nexus Turret: 5,000 HP (though the Nexus itself is not a turret, it's still a vital structure to destroy in order to win).
  2. Armor:
    • Outer Turrets (Top, Mid, Bot lanes): 40 Armor
    • Inhibitor Turrets: 40 Armor
  3. Magic Resist:
    • Outer Turrets (Top, Mid, Bot lanes): 40 Magic Resist
    • Inhibitor Turrets: 40 Magic Resist
  4. Damage:
    • Outer Turrets (Top, Mid, Bot lanes): 180 damage per hit
    • Inhibitor Turrets: 200 damage per hit
  5. Attack Range:
    • All outer turrets have an attack range of 700 units.
    • Inhibitor turrets also have an attack range of 700 units.

Other Important Information:

  • Attack Speed of Turrets: Turrets attack once every 1.5 seconds on average.
  • Knockback from Attacks: When turrets hit a champion, they also apply a small knockback effect (pushing the champion back slightly), which can affect their positioning.
  • Bonus Damage Against Champions: Turrets deal 25% extra damage to champions, but this can be adjusted based on the game mechanics or specific patches.

Additional Stats:

  • Armor and Magic Resist Scaling (after 14 minutes): After a certain amount of time has passed in the game, turrets gain a slight increase in armor and magic resist to make them more durable as the game progresses. This scaling can vary depending on patches and balance changes from Riot Games.

Damage Distribution:

Turrets deal base damage to champions, but they also have an increased damage output against nearby structures when they attack units in their range. This makes turrets important for slowing down and clearing enemy minion waves.

These stats are for standard turrets, but they can change depending on Riot's balancing changes or patch updates. Inhibitor turrets and Nexus turrets are similar to outer turrets but typically have more health and slightly higher damage values.
