It was natural for tanks to be the biggest winners of this patch in both top and jungle as Balance deliberately nerfed every rune except runes that tanks use. Every tank jungler's winrate shot up as a result of that: Rammus, Amumu, Zac, Maokai. hell even Sejuani broke 50% WR for the first time after she got pro play jailed
Ad jungle clearing got nerfed and tbh that's good, It was about time Kha'Zix, Viego, Lee Sin etc enjoy some time sub 50% WR
Sure top lane still has strong fighters who use Grasp and/or Hullbreaker or Garen who got the most winrate out of Phase rush not getting nerfed but Mundo+Ornn are now dominating low elo and high elo
Scaling champs like Asol and Kayle also became much stronger as snowballing was giganerfed
Glad that balance team is spicing up the meta, will be enjoyable until they eventually decide to buff the entire skirmisher and assassin roster for mid and jungle
Best part is no one realized that drake stacks are super shit and only good for souls so it's not a snorefest meta as people still flip objectives. Maybe only complaint is that there's more auto fill junglers but frankly it's not a problem, if an auto filled jungler locks in any tank, it's better than a jungler main locking in some ego ad jungler so I'm happy Jung mains are taking some time off tbh
