Question about ADC meta

I haven't played league of legends in a while, and I was wondering if Zeri is still playable. I remember she used to be slightly playable a few seasons back but I quit and i havent played for atleast 6 months.

I would say she's pretty good. Strong early game imo, falls off in the mid game slightly and gets back to being good in late game. I don't like playing too aggressively with her tho.
