Hi everyone!

I’ve recently started trying to get more active, and I’m curious about how others here stay fit. Do you have a favorite workout routine or sport you like to play? I’m currently doing some light jogging and basic bodyweight exercises, but I’d love to hear what works for you!

Also, any tips for staying motivated on those days when you just don’t feel like moving? 😅
